My passion is helping you address any mindset issues that are getting in the way of goal achievement. This includes assisting in preventing overwhelm and burnout so that you can live your best life. Through our work together I will blend my clinical knowledge of behavior change, mindset hacks, effective communication patterns and systems theory to promote your ability to achieve your goals, maintain life balance and prevent burnout. Teaching mindfulness practice is a big part of this, which goes beyond just meditation.
Online therapy uses common technologies including phone, video or email to provide therapeutic support and intervention. In order to access this service you must be 19+ years old, have access to a webcam and fast internet. Video calls are recommended, as opposed to telephone or email, in order to provide as close to an in-person experience as possible. Due to legal and ethical regulations, this service is only eligible for California residents at this time.
Self-Study Courses on topics like 'Taming Anxiety' and 'Modern Mindfulness', where I teach research based tools for caring for your mind. These are things I usually teach all my clients, so this is your opportunity to dive into this knowledge at your own pace. These include practice activities and worksheets to go along with various topics.
