Online Courses where I teach research based tools for caring for your emotional wellbeing. These are things I usually teach all my clients, so this is your opportunity to dive into this knowledge at your own pace. These include practice activities and worksheets to go along with various topics.  When my 1x1 practice is full, this is a way to access some of my core teachings.
