Through our work together I will blend my clinical knowledge of behavior change, mindset hacks, emotional resiliency, effective communication patterns and more to support your ability to truly align with yourself, achieve your goals, improve relationships and prevent burnout. Teaching mindfulness practice is a big part of this, which goes beyond just meditation. My coaching clients get access to both of my online courses, so I can mentor them through completion of the course modules as well.
